Tug of War
Get the centre of the rope on your half.
This requires a large tug or war rope, cones and something to hang off the rope to mark the centre.
Make sure the teams come close to the centre rather than the ends of the rope. It gives them the space they need to pull back, especially if they are inside.
Don’t let anyone tie the rope to an object or to themselves.
Don’t let them play too long otherwise they are likely to get rope burn. Team A and B play first.
Team C and D play next.
The losers then play against each other for third and fourth place.
The two winning teams play against each other for first and second place.
